Perhaps. First, there must be enough demand to justify the work. Second, the cloud provider must satisfy two technical requirements:
- It must support OAUTH 2 for authentication and logging in. OAUTH 1 is not sufficient.
- It must provide a RESTful API: a programming interface using web-like commands, to access and download files.
For example, copy.com (Barracuda Copy) is not eligible because although it has a RESTful API it does not use OAUTH 2.
